Washer/Dryer: - There is a coin laundry room in the building on the first floor Hot Tub: - Hot tub is shared with our complex and has amazing mountain views! Our hot tub is one of the only hot tubs open year round! Lofty Bedroom: - The queen bed is located in the loft, guest must be comfortable with utilizing the ladder to access. We do not recommend booking our unit with children. The ceilings are low/angled in the loft so you will not be able to stand up there. Parking: - We have 1 free space available in the condo's parking lot for our guests. Children/Infants: - Please note we do not allow children under the age of 12 to stay in our unit due to the ladder we have going to the loft. If you do bring a child 12 or older, please ensure you feel comfortable with them climbing the ladder.
