This privately owned residence in the Madeline Hotel is nested in the center of Mountain Village Core at the top of the Gondola from Telluride. Getting into downtown Telluride can take as little as 10 mins via the FREE Gondola, no need to drive! Many attractions and restaurants are at your front doorstep. This Forbes 5 star hotel is a true ski-in-ski-out with the luxury of a ski valet to make your trip even more seamless.

This one bedroom 855 sqft residence is equipped with air conditioning and heating, has a king size master-bedroom, en-suite bathroom with personal steam shower and large bathtub, a queen sized sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate 2 persons and a twin size sofa bed in the bedroom, full sized chef’s kitchen with a Wolf brand gas powered range, a gas fireplace in the living room and a functional work space.

House Rules

1. Optional Daily housekeeping and other hotel service are not included in this monthly rate - Any additional services you choose to have (daily housekeeping $90/day, turndown service $65/night, trash/towel service $50/occurrence) will be billed back to you at check-out.
2. No parties or events.
3. No more than 2 guest allowed to lease monthly.
4. No smoking in unit, $1,000 fine for smoking in unit + cost of any items that need to be replaced + hotel fees and will be asked to leave.
5. No pets or ESAs allowed, $500 fine + hotel fees and will be asked to leave.
6. If the unit requires a deep cleaning after your stay due to it being left exceptionally dirty, the deep cleaning will be billed back to you.

Payment Policy
To confirm you're booking, you will be required to pay 100% at the time of booking. For extended stays, if you wish to be on a monthly payment plan, please reach out to us and we can set this up for you. We will send you a monthly invoice via Stripe to your email from TellurideVacationHomes and you will be able to follow the link to submit payment. This option is only available to 2+ month stays.

Refundable Damage Deposit
Damage deposit can be used for deep cleanings, damages to furniture, carpet stains, damages to anything inside unit, excessive maintenance costs, smoking or pet clean-up fee. Refundable 2 weeks after check-out.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy - Cancel anytime (even during stay) and the following reserved 30 days are non-refundable. Only extenuating circumstances qualify for a full refund. Our extenuating circumstance policy follows Airbnb's and COVID is no longer a valid reason for refund. Please purchase trip insurance.

This is a personal 1 bedroom residential unit at The Madeline Hotel and this listing is for a minimum 1 month rental (30+ days). If you were to book direct from the hotel it would cost $60,000+/month! Please note: daily housekeeping is not included in this price. The hotel charges a $50/day resort fee that is included in this total price.

We recommend getting trip insurance for larger bookings. Trip insurance covers you for medical issues such as sickness, broken bones, surgeries, death in family, etc. Trip insurance may also cover you for bad weather, travel delays, etc. Our cancellation policy does not cover you for these events.
