Enjoy panoramic views of the ski resort from the hot tub after a long day of skiing.Cozy one bed, one bath first floor corner unit nestled at the base of chair 7 Coonskin lift. Plenty of natural light filters in with a dazzling afternoon alpenglow. San Miguel River and trail are located half a block away for quick access to town. The kitchen is well outfitted for groups who enjoy cooking. The living room has a sectional sofa sleeper, 55” 4K smart TV and a Bose soundbar. The bathroom is equipped with a steam shower. Pool is open seasonally and hot tub winter/summer. Wash/dryer.

You will be given a door code and there is a key lock box as back-up in case the batteries die.

No more than 2 persons renting 30+ day stays.

Payment Policy
To confirm you're booking, you will be required to pay 100% at the time of booking. For extended stays (multiple months), if you wish to be on a monthly payment plan, please reach out to us and we can set this up for you. We will send you a monthly invoice via Stripe to your email from TellurideVacationHomes and you will be able to follow the link to submit payment.

Refundable Damage Deposit
- Damage deposit can be used for any damages or additional cleanings.
- $500 fee (in addition to cleaning fees) if pet hair is found in unit (and contract is terminated).
- $1,000 cleaning fee is smoking determined to be in unit (and contract is terminated).
- Additional cleaning fees for party items such as confetti, cake icing and balloons billed back to you

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy - Cancel anytime and the following 30 days is non-refundable. Only extenuating circumstances qualify for a full refund. Our extenuating circumstance policy follows Airbnb's and COVID is no longer a valid reason for refund.
Notes
Please note that the pool is closed from October 25th - Memorial Day. And the hot tub is closed October 25th - Thanksgiving day and for a month in April.

During the winter when it snows, they will need to plow one side of the parking lot at a time. You must move your vehicle to the other side of the parking lot or you vehicle could be towed. It is the guest responsibility to pay for towing if vehicle is not moved. Please pay attention to signs posted on front entry door from HOA letting you know when to move and signs/cones placed in parking lot ahead of plowing.
