Getting around

This condo is located on Telluride Mainstreet, you will be able to walk out the front door and explore many restaurants, shops and even the park without a car! The free town bus runs by every 15 minutes and they will pick you up right outside on Mainstreet if you prefer not to walk. Many visitors find that they do not actually need a car when visiting because Telluride is so walkable. The free gondola provides easy access to Mountain Village as well.

Guests will be able to check-in at 4PM, if the unit is available sooner we will let you know.

No bachelorette or similar parties/gatherings.

No pets

Service animals only. No pets or ESAs.

No smoking allowed

No smoking allowed in unit, on deck or within 50' of building.

Minimum age limit for renters: 21

Booking guest must be 21+.

Maximum occupancy: undefined

Maximum occupancy of 4 for long term stays of 30+ days.

House Rules

- Must sign rental agreement and provide driver's license or ID for booking to be complete.

- No shoes on carpet, $150 cleaning fee for shampooing stains in carpet.

- Quiet hours from 10pm-8am

- No more than 8 guests allowed in the condo at any time due to HOA

- No more than 4 guests allowed to rent the unit for 30+day stays

- Security deposit can be used for damages or extra cleanings

- Must park in owner's designated parking spots in the #2 space only or you can be towed

- No parking mobile homes, RVs or trailers in condo parking lot

Payment Policy

50% payment due upon booking.
50% due 60 days prior to arrival.
Note: if 2nd payment is not submitted within 7 days of request, the first 1/2 of your payment can be forfeited for non-payment.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

25% refund for cancellations made 30 - 60 days prior to arrival + an additional cancellation fee of $200 applies.
50% refund for cancellations made 60 - 120 days prior to arrival + an additional cancellation fee of $200 applies.
75% refund for cancellations made 90 - 120 days prior to arrival + an additional cancellation fee of $200 applies.
100% refund for cancellations made 120+ days prior to arrival.

Notes

We recommend getting trip insurance for larger bookings as we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy in place.
