House Rules

- No Shoes in House
- No smoking in unit, $1,000 fine
- Be respectful of neighbors, no loud stereos at day/night
- No pets, $500 cleaning fee for pet hair and can be removed mid-stay with no refund.
- Must follow HOA rules:
- No smoking at pool, $100 fine
- Hot tub cover must be replaced after use, $100 fine
- No glass or trash left at hot tub, $100 fine
- Pool key fob replacement is $350

100% payment due at booking.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

25% refund for cancellations made 30 - 60 days prior to arrival + an additional cancellation fee of $200 applies.

50% refund for cancellations made 60 - 120 days prior to arrival + an additional cancellation fee of $200 applies.

75% refund for cancellations made 90 - 120 days prior to arrival + an additional cancellation fee of $200 applies.

100% refund for cancellations made 120+ days prior to arrival.
